Is anyone else tired of America's focus on gay marriage and court rulings on it? It is so ridiculous, the Federal government should not weigh in one way or another in regards to Morals and Marriage. It is not their place, it is however, a States place, because a State is truly led by its people. This is why you saw the uber-liberal California finding it impossible to legally support gay marriage.  No matter your opinion on gay marriage, it is nothing to be idolized nor demonized in my opinion. It is nothing to be singled out for adulation, nor condemnation. It is marriage, simple as that. If two consenting legal age adults wish to marry each other, what business is it of the Federal government to say "well you can't claim these benefits". It isn't. I am completely taken back by America with this Paula Deen non-sense. Now I am by no means a fan of hers, never watched her shows, never purchased her products - not necessarily because I don't like her, more so because I'm not big on cooking. That said, I can't believe the hypocrisy in America. I'm so tired of this over-important generation who thinks of nothing but themselves. Here we have a 29 year old nothing who couldn't graduate from a community college, couldn't make it in the Army, was a security guard then became a "let me unlock your account" technician. There has been some hype recently over Sen. McCains trip to Syria by members of his own party. Some have pointed to this as a divide in the GOP, I say, more of a changing of the Guard. Sen. Paul addressed McCain's suggestion to send weapons to Syrian rebels by saying "we don't even know who they are" so of course, why would we arm them? Makes complete sense. You see, McCain's logic is based on cold-war era thinking, think 80's Afghanistan, Iran-Contra, Bay of Pigs, etc. the type of thinking where 'The enemy of my enemy is my friend'. While that method of doing business may  have worked nearly a half-century earlier, it no longer applies. America finds itself not so much challenged by Nation States as individual groups and sects. You see the Democratic Party doesn't have these types of ideological divides because they are a social-progressive based party, another way of saying they are college kids permanently seeking their "graduate degree...
