Blacks in America have an issue with gun violence.

I'm sure the title of this post makes some immediately think "Racist" however, an intelligent reader would wonder why I drew that conclusion - frankly its based on mathematics.

According the the Bureau of Justice Statistics from the mid-70's through 2005 there were vastly more gun related events between blacks in America than whites. In fact, you could almost set a clock by it with how consistant white gun events were versus black. So what could cause this? Most inner-cities such as New York or Los Angeles or Chicago, have very strict gun laws; so why so much violence? The answer is simple, the problem however is complex. The breaking down of families within the black community and the over-reliance on "Government" compiled on the overall disregard communally for education and advancement out of a current social situation leads to this violence.

Look at this chart, it clearly shows a trend and issue. The question we need to ask America is why are leaders so scared to address this issue? One reason would be the overwhelming fear most politicians have of being labeled racist, which comes from some with ease. And until American can have a true and open discussion about why black communities have immense problems with guns and violence, America will continue to erode and destroy the rights of the masses for the fear of a few.

Fox News or CNN?

Ah, Fox and CNN. Where to start. Each one has its own bias. I was, for a very very long time an avid CNN viewer, literally the TV would be on CNN when I got home from work and stay there. Until the 2008 elections. I could not believe how much CNN backed the Democratic party. Almost to a point of annoyance.
