Mother's Day

Well today is the day, May 9 2010 - Mother's Day.


You wake in the morning at dawns first light;
Children are quiet and nestled in sight.
You ready yourself, for the day that's ahead,
and gracefully rise and move from your bed.

You begin your day with others in mind,
not wondering when you will have your own time.
Undaunted and purposed you move through in your way,
dressing the children and preparing the day.

An exceptional person, there is not quite another,
Everyone in the home is glad to call Mother.

Donald Trump will win in 2020 because America can't do better.

At some point Americans will realize that politicians race bait for a reason, in the end, they are all the same. They keep their job by having 'classes' and having those 'classes' attack each other. They always have. The hatred from Trump they espouse, isn't real. Their opinion of him, isn't real. They just want to keep their job. That is all. Why do they really hate Trump? Because he proved that someone not in their establishment could win. They hate that. It makes them mortal, and they don't want to hear that. They rely on voters not paying attention and simply following a party blindly. Whether you're a Dem or a Rep, that doesn't matter it is simply one promoted ideology over another. They don't really follow that ideology, they sell it to you "the People" (channeling inner Bane voice). And what is the worst part, Americans fall for it. They actually think they 'win'. Serious discussion on Gun Control

I see random headlines constantly that read "tougher play on Gun Control", "tough stance on Gun Control", "Rethink Gun Control". And I completely, Agree. We need a tougher and rethought stance on Gun Control - the removal of it. For decades America has sought to stop violence of a free society by putting restrictions on guns, most recently pimping a tragedy for their benefits. The fact of the matter is that gun crimes are down historically, in fact they've been going down since the mid-1990s. And in the 1990's gun related homicides peaked just two years after the original "Assault Weapons Ban" went into effect. Pretty much proving that the ban had little if any impact on gun homicides. What we should be doing is rethinking why we have attempted to address a symptom and never the cause. Violence is prevalent in a large amount of American society but we refuse to address it. People, children are murdered daily in city streets but rarely...
