Returning donation money, or impeeding the 1st Amendment?

Well this is slightly problematic, see because it isn't a proven assertion, it's a guess.

"Washington (CNN)The first black Republican woman elected to Congress is returning $1,000 in donations from Earl Holt, the alleged white supremacist whose writings have reportedly inspired Charleston shooter Dylann Roof."

 I don't know, I have issues with peoples words being used as some level of justification for an action (in this case the psycho shooter). Just seems like you're opening Pandora's Box on declaring what parts of the 1st Amendment apply, and what don't

Fox News or CNN?

Ah, Fox and CNN. Where to start. Each one has its own bias. I was, for a very very long time an avid CNN viewer, literally the TV would be on CNN when I got home from work and stay there. Until the 2008 elections. I could not believe how much CNN backed the Democratic party. Almost to a point of annoyance. For every on RNC member on a panel there would be 2 DNC, usually one black man and one woman. The RNC person was almost always a white male.
