NAAWP - National Association for the Advancement of White People.

Let's just say the following Organization existed:

The mission of the National Association for the Advancement of White People is to ensure the political, educational, social, and economic equality of rights of all persons and to eliminate race-based discrimination.
Vision StatementThe vision of the National Association for the Advancement of White People is to ensure a society in which all individuals have equal rights without discrimination based on race.
And after all that, I called it the National Association for the Advancement of White People (NAAWP). In this organization I also focused on schools and the advancement of white students, offering them special courses and activities - curriculum - geared around improving their capacity. While I'm up, I also found "Historically White Colleges" and label them as such throughout the United States.

With this organization, I sought equality. Since 63% of the population of the United States is declared 'white' - or not Hispanic because we all know Hispanics are white? - (and only 12.2% of the US Pop is black FYI), I push that corporations and Federal/State offices have this demographic accounted for in their leadership and hiring/promotion criteria. Would that be considered "racist"? Would it be considered "unfair"? Would I hear that the best person should win, no matter color?

OK, just checking. Now ask yourself why it is OK as long as the color indicated, isn't White.
