Rick Perry and Liberals.
What amazed me when I listened to Rick Perry announce he was running for the Republican ticket wasn't his speech, it was Liberal dialogue that went as follows: "...so he created jobs in Texas, they are jobs paying minimum wage, like the kind you would find at Walmart..". Nothing sounded more pompous, arrogant, disrespectful or entitled as these types of comments. This arrogance has taken over the Democratic party, in particular the Liberal left. How dare a person during the current "Great Recession" and nearly 10% unemployment for the last 3 years, say something so pompous, as if these jobs are beneath them. That is exactly what is wrong with America and why Liberalism continuously fails. For some reason there is this belief that some people are entitled to a better life and anything that makes that difficult, or impossible, must be wrong and corrupt.
I also heard comments about how poor the schools are in Texas. Well, if history says anything, does anyone recall the school ranking of Arkansas in the early 90's? If I recall, terrible, and that was the same state that spawned Bill Clinton the Democratic poster boy. What must be realized for America to succeed is that we have tried the Liberal experiment, we have tried that "young and new", the web candidate, the Great Organizer, the Community Man, the Health Care Candidate, Hope and Change. This experiment has resulted in catastrophe, utter catastrophe. Hugely high unemployment, insurmountable debt, a destroyed economy, zero confidence and disrespect around the world for America. I'd ask any Liberal to recall that for over two years this experiment had complete control over the White House, Congress and Department of Justice; so the excuse that "Republicans" or "Tea Party" killed the hopes, dreams and Agenda, of the experiment is simply wrong.
It is the Liberal disregard for the common man that is the problem. The common man does not protest, the common man is not involved in "campus movements", the common man does not show at a book signing, or a political rally, the common man does not care about the rich nor the poor, the common man WORKS, the common man is taking care of their FAMILY, the common man doesn't have time to chime in at every quip and is not around to give morning interviews or Twitter updates. The common man WILL save this country, and the common man is just the type to gladly take that minimum wage Walmart job to help his family get by.
