Yesterday was a great day

I was working in the yard all day, though it is hard smashing the rocks with a pick-axe, digging trenches, laying mulch and moving what seems like 100lbs bags of soil, I can't think of an experience that brings you closer to nature.

Most normal people think it is gross to use your hands, without gloves, to work in the yard. I love it. Can't think of anything that toughens your skin up faster than swinging a 8lb pick, or hauling dirt from one spot to another.

There is just something special about doing the work yourself, while you watch others pay to have it done. Go Spring.

Fox News or CNN?

Ah, Fox and CNN. Where to start. Each one has its own bias. I was, for a very very long time an avid CNN viewer, literally the TV would be on CNN when I got home from work and stay there. Until the 2008 elections. I could not believe how much CNN backed the Democratic party. Almost to a point of annoyance. For every on RNC member on a panel there would be 2 DNC, usually one black man and one woman. The RNC person was almost always a white male. What I couldn't believe was the entire lack of respect for the opposing candidates on the Republican side.
